Delaware Student of the Week already leading at Freire Charter School

Delaware Online/The News Journal has launched the “Delaware Student of the Week” initiative to honor high school students for their achievements in academics, extracurricular activities, volunteerism, and more, based on reader voting. This week, Nathalia Mohammed, a senior at Freire Charter School, earned the title with about 46% of the vote. Her nominator highlighted her leadership in student government and her commitment to organizing the senior prom, including volunteering her lunch breaks to sell prom tickets for two weeks. Nathalia’s recognition showcases her dedication and impact on her school community.
