D’Aesha has always had a strong passion for working with children and their families. She has spent the majority of her career providing direct service in various Delaware schools and nonprofit organizations. As Freire Schools’ Employee Relations Coordinator, D’Aesha works hand in hand with the talent recruitment and human resources teams to bring onboard the best teachers and staff to Freire Schools. With her previous experiences in student support, D’Aesha is excited to now have the opportunity to work behind the scenes with school leadership. She is dedicated to creating diverse schools with educators whose ultimate goal is student success.
