As Director of Executive Operations, Maddie partners closely with network leadership to strengthen systems and drive progress on Freire Schools’ most critical priorities. She brings over a decade of experience in education—as a teacher, instructional coach, and school leader—along with deep strategic insight and an unwavering commitment to educational equity.

Prior to her current role, Maddie served as Head of School at Freire Charter School Wilmington. She is an alumna of City Year Philadelphia, Teach For America New York, and Lead for Delaware.
